These small particles are called as pollen and they float in air for fertilization. Despite of having same mission of fertilization, all pollens fail to reach their destinations. Pollens reach to human respiration tract and trigger a type of seasonal allergic rhinitis that is known as pollen allergy. That is most commonly known as hay fever or rose fever (name depends on the season in which this allergy occurs).
